I am helping build a business automation platform to help Kraken scale at speed whilst delivering highly customised solutions for energy companies across the globe.

I led the payments and financial data team as Product Manager, overseeing vision, OKRs & delivery for 6 developers. During my time there I:

• Introduced open-banking early repayments, leading to a 40% decrease in monthly card processing fees.
• Developed a phone repayment feature in the internal CRM, resulting in a 40% reduction in weekly payment processing volume for FinOps.
• Achieved a 75% reduction in reconciliation workload with new automatic transaction matchers, allowing the FinOps team more time for support and accounting tasks.
• Led iwoca’s environmental task force for one year, helping make iwoca carbon neutral and establish its environmental strategy.

I spent a year at Samsung in a commercial operations role for mobile, tablet, & compute categories across the UK B2B market. In my role I:

• Project-managed the Go-To-Market of the S22 Flagship in B2B, contributing to achieving 1.3 x the pre-order volume compared to the S21.
• Led the selection of the B2B compute model configuration for 2022 using a Python data-driven approach.
• Supported marketing, sales, and training teams with expert product input, roadmaps, & competitor analysis.

I worked for Swytch for 6 months in 2020. This was split into a 3-month summer internship and a 3-month contracting role. During that time I:

• Designed and built three quality control rigs for modular testing of components.
• Conducted an ERP system selection involving research, down-selection, report, and presentation to the CTO.
• Created a fully-automated web scraper with Selenium and Google Cloud Platform for scraping sales data.
• Wrote and implemented company-wide COVID policy and SOP.
